Our Story
While operating a thriving telecommunications company, co-founder and President Rick Santos took steps toward his dream of running a real estate investment company with his family. He shared his vision with his wife Trimee, and sons Isaac and Ricky. Together they founded Trillion Home Solutions, LLC, and currently operate in San Diego, California. Before completing their first official deal, they focused on building a solid foundation, beginning with a heavy emphasis on real-world industry-related education. They then focused on developing an outstanding team of established industry professionals.
